What are your delivery times?

Once your order ships, here's roughly how long it takes to arrive:

  • Ireland: 2–3 business days
  • UK: 3–5 business days
  • EU: 5–7 business days
  • US: 7–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 9–12 business days

We process orders within 1–2 business days before they're handed over for delivery — you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order — so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes — we ship Zirkulu gear worldwide. Wherever your next adventure is, we'll get it there. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our hands, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way to your door. If you can't find this email, check your spam folder or get in touch and we'll resend it.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes! Just enter your address at checkout — if we can deliver there, you'll see the shipping options and costs appear automatically. If your country isn't listed, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@zirkulu.com. If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to use our returns process instead.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes (size, colour, address, etc.) can only be made if your order hasn't yet been packed. Reach out to us straight away at info@zirkulu.com and we'll do our best to help — but we can't guarantee a change once fulfilment is underway.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that — let's sort it. Email us at info@zirkulu.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of returning the incorrect item.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Absolutely. If something arrives faulty or develops a fault outside of normal wear and tear, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a free exchange, repair, or refund — whichever works best for you.

How do I return my product?

Not the right fit, colour, or just changed your mind? You can return any unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To start a return:

  1. Email info@zirkulu.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Every Zirkulu piece is built to handle real adventures, and we stand behind that. If something fails due to a product fault we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as [E.G. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal] — whatever's easiest for you at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Zirkulu gift cards are available in a range of values and make a great gift for the adventurer in your life. They never expire and can be used on anything in our store. You can find them here - gift card.
